STEPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL RENOVATION
1. MEET AND GREET
We will contact you for a quick chat to discuss your goals and explore how we can add space, update and add value to your home.
We will then book a consultation and discuss face-to-face all your needs and wants.
2. ONSITE CONSULT
We visit you at your home for a meet and greet and explore your vision and goals in depth. We will discuss the pros and cons of different options and designs; bouncing ideas off each other leading to a more defined solution.
We then sign off on 3D imaging to ensure that your dreams and ideas have been communicated correctly and we are on the path to building your perfect renovation.
3. DESIGN
K.M. Cash Remodeling designers work on building out your project into 2D and 3D models. Providing you with an opportunity to be able to visually see your ideas and ensure all your needs and wants are being met.

4. PRESENT QUOTE
Next step is for us to meet and go through the quote and review the 3D images of the proposed renovation. This discussion will identify whether the proposal is what you had in mind and if we understood and catered to your needs.

Only when you are completely satisfied we will proceed to the next step.
5. PAPERWORK
Now let's get started on your project. Here we sign contracts, allocate start dates and formalize the paperwork.
